When the volume of the dough increases two to three times, you can start baking. Before preparing the rolls, grease the baking sheet with butter. Then, thin tows of dough are rolled out on a table sprinkled with flour, which are rolled into pretzels. To make the buns delicious and ruddy, they can be sprinkled with sugar, pre-greased with an egg. A baking sheet is put in a preheated oven and baked for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Sugar rolls, recipe on water:

Ingredients: 2 cups of water, a pound of flour, a package of dried yeast, a half cup of sugar, 3 eggs and a couple of a pinch of salt. Yeast, sugar and salt are dissolved in warm water. Add eggs and flour, knead the dough, which should look like yeast in consistency, and put it in a warm place. When it comes up, they start to form buns. You can make them in the form of woven pretzels, if time is running out - just divide the whole dough into the same round balls. Then they are laid out on a prepared baking sheet and sent to the oven for 20 minutes to bake at a low temperature.

Sugar rolls, recipe with ground cinnamon:

For preparation you will need: a glass of milk, a pound of sifted flour, a pack of yeast, a glass of sugar, margarine, a pinch of salt, three tablespoons of ground cinnamon and an egg. Yeast is dissolved in warm milk, sugar, salt, Β½ pack of margarine, which is slightly heated, are added, and eggs are added. Mix everything, add flour at the end and knead the dough. After about 30 minutes, when the dough rises and increases in volume, it is laid out on a flour-sprinkled table and rolled into a thin rectangular layer. Melt a small piece of margarine and grease the dough with it. Then evenly sprinkle it with cinnamon and roll it lengthwise into a roll. The roll is cut across into pieces, 3 cm thick, and spread on a pre-greased baking sheet with a slice down. Sprinkle with sugar and put in the oven at a minimum temperature of 40 minutes.

Sugar rolls, recipe for milk with poppy seeds:

Needed: 1.5 cups of milk, 40 gr. fresh or a pack of dried yeast, half a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of sugar, flour, butter and 2 eggs. In milk, slightly warmed up, yeast is bred, salt, eggs and flour are added to it. Mix to a homogeneous mass and leave for a while, so that it rises a little. After about 40 minutes, they begin to sculpt buns - the entire volume of the dough is divided into equal pieces and a round ball is molded from each. A cruciate incision is made on top of the bun, greased with an egg and sprinkled with poppy seeds. A baking sheet is laid with special baking paper and rolls are placed on it. The oven is heated to two hundred degrees, put a baking sheet with buns in it and bake them for half an hour.

Recipe "Sweet Pretzel Bun" :

Required: a glass of milk, 400 gr. flour, a teaspoon of dried yeast, an egg, 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt, butter. The milk is slightly warmed, sugar, salt and yeast are dissolved in it. Add the egg, flour, 100 gr. melted butter and knead the dough. Leave it to rise in a warm place for 30-60 minutes. When the dough is suitable, it is greased with vegetable oil and rolled into a thin rectangular sheet. Roll the sheet into a roll and cut into pieces, 2 cm thick. Each of these parts is cut in the middle, leaving 1 cm from the edge, and then unfold so that the bun resembles an eight. Scones are sprinkled with sugar and baked at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
