Mushroom soup puree - what you need!

Quite often, it happens that you want to cook something new, but there are no more ideas left on this subject. You start looking for sites with interesting tips and recipes, and there everything is so complicated that you want to go buy some hamburger, eat it for lunch and continue to work quietly or do homework. But this is not an option! You can always cook something simple and very tasty! That is why you are presented with two ways to cook mushroom soup puree that will appeal not only to you, but to your whole family!

Recipe One: Oyster Mushroom Soup (for four servings)
To prepare this type of soup, you will need about four hundred grams of oyster mushroom, a liter of water, a large jar of cream cheese with mushroom flavor, one medium onion, a little greens to taste, three to four large potatoes and salt and pepper in such an amount that they like. You will also need a Maggi cube or some other seasoning that has a taste of mushrooms. Now we begin the cooking process. For convenience, the list of actions is presented according to the subclauses, it should be remembered that the actions should be performed in the same order, otherwise the preparation of the dish will take more time or even spoil your whole mushroom soup.

1). Peel the onion, after which it should be finely chopped and fried until a pleasant golden crust is obtained.
2). Peel all the potatoes while the onions are fried. It should be cut into cubes, and the cubes should be about one and a half and a half centimeters in size.
3). Throw chopped potatoes into water and put on fire.
4). While the potatoes are being cooked and the onion is fried, we do the following: we wash the oyster mushrooms well under cold water for fifteen minutes, after which we chop the washed mushrooms and send them to the skillet over the fire. Fry both mushrooms and onions in sunflower oil.
5). When the onions and mushrooms are cooked, toss them in a pot of mushrooms. Add the cube, salt, pepper and pre-cooked greens.
6). We look in the pan and when the potatoes are almost ready, put the cheese in the soup. Cook for another five minutes, pour into plates and wish each other a pleasant appetite.

The second recipe: mushroom soup puree from frozen mushrooms (meaning frozen champignons)

We do the same thing, only replace item number four with the following actions: initially we put the mushrooms (the mass remains the same - four hundred grams) in a cup where it will melt until you complete the first three subparagraphs. After all this, you need to rinse the mushrooms a bit, shake them off in a colander, cut them enough enough to send them to the fire in a frying pan. Fry in sunflower oil, but it should be a little. Do the rest in order. Your mushroom soup puree is ready, you can pour it on plates and have dinner!
