How to prepare catfish in the oven

Catfish is a fish of the perch family; its meat contains vitamins A, B, D and many other useful components, including riboflavin, thiamine. To do this, you will need three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil and honey (one tablespoon each), about half a teaspoon of salt, three hundred grams of carrots, grated straws, one piece of green bell pepper.

Mix apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil and salt in a bowl and beat until a homogeneous mixture, then add carrots and pepper, mix again. The side dish is ready, but that's not all. To prepare the catfish itself in batter, you will need several slices of bacon, about a third of a glass of cornmeal, a tablespoon of wheat flour, a half teaspoon of salt, one eighth teaspoon of ground red pepper, a large egg and about 200 g of catfish fillet. Fry the bacon in a pan until golden brown, fat should drain from it, in which you will fry the fish. Mix both types of flour, ground pepper and salt, it is best to do this on a piece of parchment paper. Beat the egg. Having dipped pieces of fish in it, roll them in the resulting mixture of flour and spices. The fat obtained from frying the bacon, reheat in a pan and fry the fish in it until a golden crust appears on it. The fried bacon can be cut into pieces and sprinkled with fish. After that, your catfish in batter is ready, you can serve it on the table.
