Pork with prunes in foil

- 1 kg of non-meatless pork (neck or shoulder blades);
- 15 pcs. prunes
- 3 tbsp. l mustard;
- ½ tsp salts;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 50 g mayonnaise.
How to cook
To cook pork with prunes in foil in the oven, take an even piece of meat and cut it into slices across, but do not cut it to the end. In this case, the thickness of the pieces should not exceed one and a half centimeters. Prunes need to be poured with boiling water for a while, then remove the seeds from it, cut into large pieces and mix with chopped garlic. Then a little sprinkle with salt, pepper. To make the meat more flavorful, you can use Provencal herbs. In a separate container, mix mustard, mayonnaise and salt. The resulting mass in the amount of 1 tbsp. l add to prunes. The mixture is evenly spread between pieces of meat.

After that, carefully coat the pork with mustard-mayonnaise mixture, tightly wrap in foil and pickle for at least 4 hours. It is best to leave the marinated meat for a couple of days in the refrigerator. Heat treatment is carried out at a temperature of 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. Next, open the foil, turn the meat over and continue to bake for another hour (after 30 minutes it is recommended to turn the meat over again). A quarter hour before the end of cooking, open the foil and let the dish brown. If a lot of juice remains during cooking, you should make a delicious gravy out of it.
Pork rolls
Such dried fruit as prunes, goes well with various types of meat. Consider the recipe for making rolls of meat, cheese and prunes. We will need the following products:
- 300 g of cheese;
- 500 g of the neck (pork);
- 300 g of prunes;
- pepper, salt.
For the sauce:
- 400 ml of water;
- 200 g mayonnaise;
- 2 tbsp. l honey;

- 48 ml of vegetable oil.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper and leave for 40 minutes. We put prunes in warm water, which we drain after 20 minutes, rinse thoroughly and throw them into a colander. After all the excess water drains, cut the prunes into thin strips. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix it with ½ part of dried fruit. Put the filling on the edge of each piece and wrap it with a tube. On a greased frying sheet, place rolls that we do not fasten with anything. Top them a little salted. Turn on the oven in advance.

We completely dissolve honey in water and fill rolls with liquid. Put the pan in the oven, heated to 200 ° C. Leave the pork with prunes in the oven for 30 minutes. During this time, the liquid will be reduced by half, the rolls will reach half-ready. We mix mayonnaise with mustard and grease the product with this mixture, sprinkle with cheese on top. Oven pork recipe for prunes
You will not surprise anyone already with a meat dish, which includes fruits or berries. We offer an appetizing roast recipe with a sweet and sour taste. Pork cooked in this way will be a real find for dieters. Our dish is intended more for adults, since it includes white semi-dry wine.
We will prepare:
- one and a half kilograms of pork tenderloin;
- 450 g of prunes;
- 1 onion head;
- 200 ml of semi-sweet dry wine;
- 60 g oils;
- spices, salt to taste.
Cooking recommendations
We wash each prune berry under running water and fill it with wine. Leave to insist for five hours. If you do not want to use wine, you can replace it with water or juice.
For pork baked with prunes in the oven, cut the meat across the fibers and beat. Meat can also be marinated in wine and in spices (for a couple of hours). Finely chop the onion and heat it in a pan with butter until soft. Care must be taken that the onion does not change color. Salt the meat, season with spices and combine with onions. Put exactly half the meat fillet with onion on a baking sheet, place the prunes on top. A third layer again lay the pieces of meat and prunes. We recommend preparing an appetizing and delicious pork roll with prunes in the oven. The combination of ingredients such as meat, sour apples and prunes gives the dish an exquisite taste. In addition, the finished roll has a beautiful appearance. The main component of this dish is young lean pork. Take:
- 725 g of pork;
- 3 apples
- 125 g of prunes;
- 22 g of mustard;
- 33 ml of lemon juice;
- 50 g mayonnaise;
- 6 g of salt;
- 2 g of black and red pepper (ground).
Cooking technology
We wash a piece of meat, dry, wrap in a film and beat off from 2 sides. Over the entire surface we make small cuts, pepper and salt. Dried fruits are soaked in warm water for about 25 minutes, after which most of them are finely chopped, and a few pieces are left for decoration. Sour apples cut into cubes. We spread apples with prunes on a chopped piece of meat, sprinkle with lemon juice, roll it up and dress it with culinary thread. In a separate cup we combine mustard with mayonnaise, the mixture is coated with the whole roll on top. We put the semi-finished pork meat with prunes in the oven and bake for about an hour and a half at a temperature of 190 ° C. We leave the baked roll in the oven until it cools completely, after which we cut into portions and serve.
Potted prune meat
The preparation of this dish does not require too much time and is considered quite simple to manufacture. The whole process consists in the fact that all prepared products are stacked in a ceramic pot and placed in the oven for baking. In order to cook this dish, you will need:
- 600 g of pork pulp;
- 3 handfuls of prunes (seedless);
- 400 g sour cream;
- 7 heads of young onions;
- 1 bunch of dill and parsley;
- pepper, salt.

Arbitrarily chop meat (for example, cubes or triangles), but not too large pieces. Combine red and black pepper, add salt to them and roll pieces of meat in a mixture. After which we let him stand for 15 minutes, and if you have time, about one hour. Shred greens and onions, rinse the prunes thoroughly. Put the onions on the bottom of the pots, on top a little prunes, pour water (100 ml). After that, we put the meat in the pot, and on it a little greens and again prunes. In turn, put sour cream on it, sprinkle with chopped herbs and put in the oven for 40 minutes at a thermal regime of 180 ° C. After the pork with prunes is cooked, turn off the oven, and leave the pots in it for some time. The dish should be served on the table in the same dish where they were prepared. Before serving, the contents of the pots can be gently mixed and sprinkled with fresh herbs on top.
