Finely chop 6β8 whole fresh mushrooms (it doesnβt matter which ones you can take ordinary freshly frozen champignons) and then slightly darken in a frying pan for 10β15 minutes before putting them into a pot so that they finally bake normally. Chop one medium-sized onion in half rings, fry in a pan until golden brown and send in a pot over mushrooms.
In the same frying pan after onion, melt Camembert cheese (you can use Brie) and pour 100-150 milliliters of cream, add white wine if desired. Mix everything to a homogeneous consistency, pour the sauce in equal parts into pots. From above, if desired, chop fresh parsley, dill or any other herbs. Lovers of crusts can fill the contents of the pot with grated cheese. Put the dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Fish in a pot with vegetables. Burbot with potatoes
Burbot cleaned from the insides, scales, bones, leaving only the loin. The result should be 800 grams of fillet, which must be cut into small pieces. Salt and season with spices to your liking, then roll in flour and white breadcrumbs, send to stew in a skillet with ghee.
Peel, boil, and chop approximately 800 grams of potatoes into small pieces. Finely chop one large onion and a pound of champignons (any mushrooms can be used) and fry in ghee. Grease each pot with oil and evenly pour the mass of onions and mushrooms. Next, lay a layer of fried burbot, then boiled potatoes. Above each pot, sprinkle abundantly with any hard cheese; for a more juicy taste, you can pour melted butter on it.
Since all the ingredients are already sent to the pots ready, the dish is baked for a short time, about 15 minutes, the main thing is that the cheese is melted and forms a beautiful crust.
Potted fish - recipe with vegetables and egg
You can use 800 grams of any fish fillet. Rinse it and cut into small pieces. Disassemble a couple of medium-sized broccoli heads in inflorescences, sprinkle with lemon juice and microwave for a couple of minutes. Grate one medium zucchini on a coarse grater.
Take 4 pots, put a small piece of butter in each, the first layer is broccoli, sprinkle it with a small amount of grated cheese. The fish is rubbed with salt and pepper and sent to the pot in a second layer. Grated zucchini is placed on it, which should be slightly crushed and again sprinkled with a layer of cheese.
Now we take 4 eggs, each of them individually is broken in a small cup or bowl, carefully so that the yolk remains intact. Pour one egg into each pot and sprinkle with cheese again. It will turn out a very beautiful and unusual fish in a pot.
