Cut the onion into small cubes. Fry it in a sufficiently large amount of oil until golden brown. We send tomato puree, salt and sugar to the fried onion. Fry the tomatoes until they boil well and excess liquid evaporates from them.

Beat the mixture with a blender. Let her boil again. We pack hot tomato sauce in pre-sterilized half-liter jars and roll up. How to cook hot sauce

Cooking process
