After all, zucchini, like the whole pumpkin family, contains carbohydrates, potassium salts, iron, calcium and magnesium, carotene and many vitamins of group B. It was for these qualities that he was nicknamed the home doctor. Zucchini pancakes from zucchini are very tender and serve well with garlic sauce.

Lenten pancakes, the recipe for which is simple, can be made not only from young zucchini, but also from large ones.
