In this case, three hundred grams of juice, two kilograms of onions, a liter of water, one hundred grams of sugar and fifty grams of salt are taken. Prepared onions are chopped, stacked in jars and poured with marinade three times with breaks of five minutes, after which the jars are rolled up.

Pickled leeks are prepared as follows. It is necessary to separate the feathers, wash it, dip it for one minute in salted boiling water, put it tightly in jars and pour the marinade, which will require one hundred grams of apple cider vinegar and sugar, fifty grams of salt. Banks roll up.

If shallots are used, they are cleaned, dipped for several minutes in boiling water, and then cooled. When all the water drains, the bulbs are put in jars and poured with hot marinade, adding peas of black and allspice. Three glasses of water, half a glass of vinegar, twenty grams of salt and sugar are taken for the marinade.
