You can take any pieces: drumsticks, thighs, chicken legs, wings (there will be a separate discussion about the fillet). Quantity - up to one and a half kg, a whole carcass can be, but not too large. And we also need natural yogurt, without any additives. About half a liter - does not play a big role - for the marinade. Garlic - a couple of teeth. And spices with salt - where without them.   1. First of all, we will build a marinade. Take half a liter of natural yogurt and pour into a bowl. We will need garlic here: in general, do not spare it, because it will all go to yogurt. It could be just a whole head of garlic! We pass it through a garlic squeezer or you can just mash it with a fork.
  2. Now add salt there: a little, maybe half a teaspoon literally. Allspice, black, in general, seasonings can be added any that you like - this is according to your preference. Suneli hops will not be a hindrance, a ready-made seasoning mixture for chicken in yogurt in the oven will also work. We recommend taking basil, for example. If possible, buy fresh. If not season - dried, it is very fragrant.
  3. Now here, in a bowl, we put the washed chicken. In our case, the legs. They will be pickled with us / If you have never cooked like this, we highly recommend this method. Quarters or drumsticks are very tasty, soft and tender - simply incomparable! We need to leave them to marinate for several hours (usually done at night, but at least 3-4 hours). Probably, the more they stand in the marinade, the more tasty, tender and aromatic the meat will be later. And if you plan, for example, to prepare a dish for a holiday, then in the morning you can pickle. And fry it already in the afternoon or in the evening - everything will be fine, everything will be marinated and it will turn out in the highest level! If possible, try a little, during the time that the chicken is pickled, mix the semi-finished product so that the legs are uniformly marinated.
  4. Then put in the bottom of the refrigerator for several hours. Time is running out!
  5. Done, remove from the container. Now we will bake. You can cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, or you can not cover it (if you intend to water the chicken with marinade) - as you wish. We spread the chicken in a mold. The oven must be turned on in advance (warm up to 180 degrees). We put the baking sheet in the oven for about half an hour, and so - look at your stove.   1. First of all, divide the chicken into small pieces. And if you come across veins, then we cut them out.
  2. Chicken chopped, we will make yogurt sauce. Add it to the bowl, plus curry. Then squeeze or rub the garlic, add freshly ground pepper and salt, mixing until a homogeneous consistency.
  3. Pour the sauce onto the chicken fillet, mix everything thoroughly, and then put in the refrigerator (below!) For at least 40 minutes.
