- dry basil - 1/2 tsp;
- lemon juice.
Cooking process
Wash the chicken pieces and dry on a paper towel. We spread in a separate container. Rub with pepper and salt. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Pour beer. Pickle for at least half an hour.

- dry ginger or a few rings of fresh;

- anise - 1 pc.;
- chili pepper - 1-2 pcs.;
- green onions;
- garlic;
- sesame oil - 2 tbsp.
