Stuffed peppers can be prepared not only as a hot dish, but also as a cold appetizer. The filling can be meat, cereal, vegetable or mixed. Peppers are cut lengthwise into two equal halves, so as to preserve the stalks. We remove the seeds and fill the pods with cheese cubes and crackers. From milk and eggs we prepare the mixture and carefully whisk it with a whisk, add salt to your taste. Lubricate the baking dish with butter, put the halves of pepper in it and fill it with the egg mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve sprinkled with chopped onions. It will take 6 large pods of pepper, half a jar of corn, 300 grams of minced meat (any), egg, onion, grated cheese 50 grams, chopped herbs, broth (can be replaced with boiled, salted water), pepper and salt.
Cut the lids from the peppers and remove the core. Finely chop the onion, mix with minced meat, egg and corn. Add herbs, pepper and salt. We start each pod with this mixture and place it in a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Fill with water or broth. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.
