The amount of flour is determined in the process of kneading.

Soften margarine and grind it with eggs. You can beat this mixture with a mixer. Then pour kefir into a bowl, pour sugar, soda and salt and mix well. Now we start adding flour. You need to put it so that the dough is soft enough, as if cooked with yeast.

However, there are possible options. The dough for the pie on kefir can be made semi-liquid, as for the preparation of fritters. In this case, when baking a pie, pour half the dough into a pan, then gently distribute the filling, and then pour the remaining dough on top.

For baking sweet cakes, you can put more sugar in the dough, although this is already a matter of taste, because the filling of the cake will be sweet.

And you can, using such a dough, prepare a pie called a chicken potato potato. We prepare the dough for the chicken kefir according to the above recipe, and for the filling we take chicken meat, potatoes, onions. In addition, you will need some butter and seasoning.

Cut potatoes and chicken meat into small cubes, and onions into thin half rings. We divide the finished dough into two unequal parts. The part that is larger will go to the bottom of the pie, roll out a cake from it and put it on a greased baking sheet. Now we begin to lay out the filling in layers. First, chicken seasoned with spices, then onions, then potatoes, which also need to be salted and seasoned. Put butter on top, cut into pieces. In general, when baking pies with raw potatoes, you must definitely use butter, otherwise the potatoes will not bake and will crunch.

Then we roll out the second part of the dough and cover our pie, pinching it in a circle. We pierce the top of the chicken pot with a fork, and in the center we make a hole so that our cake is better baked. Bake in the oven until golden brown.

Using this dough, you can cook and chicken with other fillings. For example, you can replace potatoes with boiled rice and add a layer of mushrooms or boiled eggs fried in oil. By the way, in the classic version of the kurnik, the layers of the filling must be separated from each other by thin pancakes, the dough for which can also be prepared on kefir.
