  2. When the dough is ready, you can continue cooking. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs slightly, pour them to the dough.
  3. Add salt and sunflower oil, mix.
  4. Pour the rest of the flour, it is advisable to sift it before this. Knead the dough: it should turn out fluffy, liquidy and viscous.
  5. In a pan, you need to warm the sunflower oil well so that the dough does not spread much. To do this, heat the pan, then pour in the oil. Wait until it begins to curl, reduce the fire.
  6. Pour several servings of dough into the pan with a tablespoon - future pancakes. Putting it so that between them there was a place that would be enough for another pancake.

Instead of kefir, you can use sour milk. If baking powder is not available, then take ordinary baking soda. It is not required to extinguish it with vinegar, soda is neutralized with acid from kefir.
