Cheese and omelet rolls
Preparing omelet rolls at home is quite simple, even novice cooks can do this. The following ingredients must be prepared for this dish:
- egg - 1 pc.;
- butter - 15 g;
- milk - 100 ml;
- vegetable oil - 20 ml;
- wheat flour - 2 tsp;
- parsley - 1 bunch;
- goat cheese - 100 g;
- salt and pepper - optional.
Below is a step-by-step recipe for rolls with scrambled eggs, upon observing which the dish will delight with its original taste.
- Break the egg into a deep container. Pour milk there. If desired, salt can be added.
- Beat eggs thoroughly with a whisk. You should get a homogeneous mixture.
- Add flour and whisk again. The resulting mass should resemble a pancake batter.

- nori seaweed - 4 pcs.;
- chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
- vegetable oil - 1 tsp;
- medium fat milk - 3 tbsp. l .;
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp. the spoon.
1. Rinse the rice thoroughly. Cook using the minimum temperature with the lid closed and do not stir in the process. As soon as the water boils, we recline in a colander.
2. To make the rice more viscous, add a small amount of vinegar. Mix thoroughly.
3. Break 2 eggs into a container, add milk, soy sauce and beat thoroughly with a mixer. Fry an omelet.
4. Cut the finished omelet into a thin strip, also chop the cucumber. It is best to peel it first. So the filling for the rolls will be softer and more tender.
5. On the nori sheet, spread the rice, cucumber and omelet evenly. At the edges we leave a void of 0.5 cm. We turn it into a roll, slightly pressing. Cut in portions, 4 cm slice.
Rolls with scrambled eggs and cucumber are ready to eat. Serve them with soy sauce.
With crab sticks
To prepare rolls with omelette and crab sticks, the following ingredients will be required:
- nori sheets - 2-3 pcs.;
- rice for sushi - 6 tbsp. l .;
- processed cheese - 100 g;
- milk - 6 tsp;
- rice vinegar - 3 tbsp. l .;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- crab sticks - 100 g.
1. Boil rice. Add vinegar to it and mix thoroughly.
2. Break the eggs, add milk, mix and fry the omelet in the traditional way.
3. Cut the finished omelet into long strips.
4. Crab sticks are also cut into long thin strips. Cheese can be grated. Some housewives mix cheese with mayonnaise, but this is not necessary.
5. We spread nori. We fill it with rice, not reaching the brim. Next, spread the crab sticks, cheese and omelet.

With salmon
To make rolls with omelet and salmon, you just need to replace the crab sticks with salmon in the previous recipe. Fish can be purchased slightly salted in the store. Slice salmon into small flat slices. Also suitable are salmon, pink salmon or any other favorite fish.
When laying out the filling on the sheets of nori, keep in mind that it is better to lay the fish in the center so that the rolls do not fall apart.
With seaweed
