First, onions are peeled and cut into thin half rings. If the onion is large, then you can cut the pieces into halves again. Salt, granulated sugar and pepper are mixed. The meat is washed, dried, cut into medium sized pieces. Mix with a mixture of spices.

  • 600 grams of pulp;
  • a glass of milk;
  • two chicken eggs;
  • a tablespoon of salt;
  • a glass of flour;
  • a little ground black pepper;

As a side dish for this fried dish, you can cook mashed potatoes, fried or fresh vegetables, cereals.

Cooking Pork Chops

First, milk is poured into a deep bowl, both chicken eggs are broken there, and some salt and pepper are placed. Stir thoroughly to make the mass homogeneous.

Now add the flour previously sifted. The batter should be uniform in structure for pork. Beat it with a spoon and a mixer. By consistency, it turns out as a thick sour cream. If it turned out to be more liquid, it is worth adding a little flour. Otherwise, the batter simply spreads over the pan.

Pork is washed and dried. The pulp is cut into slices a half centimeter wide. They should be beaten off with a hammer. After that, rub each piece with the remnants of salt and pepper. It is better to leave the pork for twenty minutes, so that it is marinated.

Oil is poured into a preheated pan, preferably odorless. The pork is rolled in batter, plentifully enough, and then sent to fry. At the same time, fire is made slightly below average. Fried on both sides. After the pieces are laid out on a napkin so that excess fat drains. Such a fried dish can also become the basis for sandwiches.

Chicken in Soy Sauce

For this recipe, take chicken, filet of any part. You can take the breast, and you can take the hips, if desired. The recipes for fried foods are varied, chicken meat is quite common in them. For cooking, take the following ingredients:

  • 100 ml soy sauce;
  • 800 grams of chicken;
  • two onion heads;
  • half a teaspoon of dried herbs, any, to taste;
  • pepper and salt;
  • vegetable oil - a tablespoon.

Wash the chicken, peel it and cut into pieces. Peel and cut the onion into thin half rings. Combine chicken, onion, pepper and salt in a bowl. Now mix soy sauce and oil, season with dried herbs. All add to the chicken and mix thoroughly, preferably with hands. Leave the meat for thirty minutes. However, it is best to leave pieces for the whole night.

Then they take a frying pan with high sides, heat it and send the chicken with onions. Stir fry. If necessary, you can add a little oil to the pan so that the dish does not burn. Then the fire is reduced, the remaining marinade is added and stewed under the lid for another half hour.

Fried zucchini with sauce

You can cook a delicious dinner of fried meat, or you can limit yourself to vegetables. For example, for this version of a summer dinner you will need:

  • one young small zucchini;
  • vegetable oil for frying, odorless;
  • salt and pepper.

Peel the vegetable, cut into circles. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil, send the pieces to be fried on both sides. Ready zucchini is transferred to a napkin to make the glass oil. Then they are sprinkled with pepper and salt.

For the sauce take:

  • a cup of sour cream;
  • a couple of cloves of garlic;
  • salt.
