I love pasta, so I want to tell you about the most popular recipes for their preparation, about one of the best brands of these products, and, of course, about the history of occurrence.

A bit of history

It is impossible to determine the exact date when the pasta was first made. The first mention of these products dates back to the 4th millennium BC. Archaeologists, exploring the Etruscan burial, stumbled upon the drawings, which depict the utensils, which are necessary for the preparation of pasta. Over time, pasta has spread around the world and has become one of the most beloved dishes. Among scholars there is an opinion that the word pasta came from the Sicilian language โ€œmaccheroniโ€, which in translation means processed dough.

Shebekinsky pasta - the choice of professionals

One of the best in taste and price are pasta made at the Tula factory. For the preparation of pasta of this brand, only the best grades of flour are used. Unfortunately, many pasta producers use second-grade flour, which affects the quality of the finished product and its shelf life. Shebekinsky pasta is made only from the hardest varieties of wheat, which are as similar as possible to analogs grown in Italy. To identify the quality of wheat, the factory specialists perform biochemical analysis, which allows to detect the presence of impurities in grain products. This guarantees excellent pasta quality and long shelf life. What to cook from pasta

One of the most popular and favorite dishes are pasta with pasta. There are many recipes for making Italian pasta. In your judgment, I present one of the fastest and easiest ways to prepare this dish.

To make Italian pasta you will need:

  1. Tomatoes - 250 grams.
  2. Garlic - 2 cloves;
  3. Breadcrumbs - 2 - 3 tablespoons;
  4. Olive oil (any other possible) - 2 tablespoons;
  5. Oregano (oregano) - one teaspoon;
  6. Lemon juice - four tablespoons;
  7. Black olives - 10 pieces;
  8. Parsley - 1 bunch;
  9. Cheese (grate) - 3 tablespoons.

Cross the top of the tomatoes crosswise, then pour boiling water over them and remove the skin. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces or use a mixer to make mashed potatoes. Selling mashed garlic made from tomatoes using a press. Add crackers, butter, oregano and lemon juice to the contents. Remove the seeds from the olives, and then cut them into small thin slices. Chop the parsley and combine with the mashed potatoes. On this pasta is ready. Pour the boiled Shebekinsky pasta with it and sprinkle with cheese on top.

The second most popular dish is naval pasta. To prepare them you need:

  1. Onion - 1 piece;
  2. Macaroni - 400 grams;
  3. Stuffing (beef, pork, etc.) - 500 grams;
  4. Garlic - 2 heads;
  5. Tomato paste (to taste) - 2 tablespoons without tubercle;
  6. Spices and herbs.

So, how to cook pasta navy ? Chop the onions, pass the garlic through a press. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, then fry the onions and garlic on it. Add 500 grams of minced meat, tomato paste (to taste), salt, pepper, suneli hops and chopped greens. Bring minced meat to readiness. Boil the pasta in salted water until cooked, stirring occasionally so that they do not stick together. Rinse them in running water and mix with minced meat. The pasta is naval ready to eat. This dish can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy your meal!
